About this project
Hello, my name is Adam Victor Lattimore. I've been a recording artist for a little more than 8 years. I have found that some of my most successful / well-received ideas grew out of small suggestions from friends, family or other acquaintances. So, I became curious as to what would happen if I turned the reigns over in a much broader sense.
What if every single aspect of this album was in your hands from the start?
Funding, Creative Themes, Lyrical Concepts,
Overall Album Direction, Artwork / Presentation.
Plus, this will help remove the guesswork I tackle on a regular basis.
KickStarter offers a great model for executing this sort of idea... and there
will be some excellent incentives & prizes for pledging financial support.
Basically, after a minimum of a $1.00 pledge toward the project,
you'll be able to suggest ideas that will be voted on by all the other backers.
Other Rewards Include (But Are Not Limited To):
Downloads of songs before the album is official released, personalized digital artwork, "expanded" singles featuring alternate versions of recordings, handwritten snail mail letters (filled with lyrics sheets, thank you's, jokes... and other words of wisdom, personalized YouTube dedications, autographed physical CDs, T-Shirts, posters, spending a day hanging out with me, live performance at a time, date & location of your choice, a chance to sit-in on a studio session while I write and record a song.

- Album Officially Released
[JANUARY through COMPLETION]

I don't know if I mentioned my "style" or "genre" of music.
I call it Word-Hop.
It combines spoken-word poetry with hip-hop & electronica production.
However, I'm always looking to expand my horizons. Try new things.

You will note that my album budget might seem a bit lower than average. This is because I am able to do just about everything "in-house" so to speak. As a 'one man band', I write, arrange, record and produce nearly everything I do.

If we succeed in raising more than the targeted funding goal, then I'll be able to improve upon the quality and overall experience of this project.
