About this project
I am Amine Kouider and I want to record my debut album titled "Chbach": Music of the Free Exiled.
I've gathered all of the right musicians, booked the studio, organized a pre-album recording show. Everyone has been rehearsing and the momentum is building. I want you to feel what we feel while playing the music. This is why we are recording this album in a live intimate studio setting to capture the genuineness of the moment. This album is about freedom. Your freedom, my freedom, your dog's freedom.
I want to make this album special and want it to carry the joy of the doing and we want to do it right. All the money being raised is going towards studio fees, mastering fees, production, and paying the musicians for their hard work.
This is celebration time! I want your collaboration and your good vibes to create something beautiful, something pure, and genuine all together -- music that will make you smile endlessly and make you proud you have supported it.
The songs were mainly written in Fairfield, IA, New York City and even Beijing! The Album will be recorded in New york City to capture the unique style of music. The songs are now asking to be recorded. Now is the time.

Amine is from Algiers, Algeria. At the age of 4 his nick name was cassette tape because of his non-stop singing. His music blends all kinds of musical influences from traditional Algerian music to Reggae beats, French love songs to flamenco rumbas.
The songs will be three languages in this album: English, Algerian, French. Amine has performed live all around the world including his hometown Algiers, Bejiing, New York City, and more.
