Down to the wire!
All three of us here are working hard to get everything done, and we passed an important milestone over the weekend: all the pieces for the regular edition Trebuchettes have been cut! As you can see in the screenshot below, we've been tracking every board cut, and all the totals turned green early this morning.
(The basket sides are the last piece still being cut by the larger laser shop. Even through the problems they've been having, they've been able to cut a few sheets for us, which has been a big help. They're done, but we haven't taken delivery yet.).
We know we're getting awfully close to the shipping deadline, so we're changing our shipping plans slightly. We'll be shipping out as many of the international orders as we can on Monday and Tuesday, to try to account for the longer shipping time. The USPS Priority Mail we're using delivers to the entire USA in 5 days or less, so our deadline for shipping the United States is Monday, December 19th, to give your orders a full 6 days to travel.
We're moving onto the Collector's Edition kits as I write this, and we expect to have these out in the same time frame -- there are only 165, so it's pretty manageable.
Look out for an email from us!
We're emailing every single one of you two or three days before we ship their kits. The email comes from contact@siegetoys.com, and if you need to change your shipping address, you need to respond to this email immediately.
If you don't see anything from us by Thursday, please check your spam filter, and then get in touch with us - send us a Kickstarter message or email us.
And if you're one of the the thirty or so people who never responded to the backer survey and never replied to our emails, please get in touch! We can't ship you your kits until you do.
If you're due to get a Collector's Edition and haven't told us which one you want yet, you should do that ASAP as well. Again, email us or send a Kickstarter message. Otherwise, you'll get one at random.

Beth, and anyone else who doesn't remember the survey - If you look on the right side of this page at the rewards list, the one you picked will be marked with a "YOU SELECTED". At the bottom of that block, there will be the line "Survey sent: 04/28/11" followed by the words "Your response". Click that, and it will show you your survey answers.

Beth: Yes that is a good sign. You're one of the last kickstarter backers, but we're doing our absolute best to get all the kickstarter orders shipping in time for Christmas. You'll get an email a few days before we ship and another email when the USPS picks up your package.
Barbara: We will be shipping your package by next Monday. You were backer #1566, and so far we have only shipped 551 orders. However, the parts have now all been produced, so we hope to ship more than 200 orders every day this week..
