Hey there!
We are Sarah Natochenny and Angela Cohen. We are working actors and models in New York City. After meeting at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, we became quick comedy BFFs. Several weeks ago, we birthed a pilot called "Sleepwalkers."
Our baby:
-employs the majesty of opera and gansta rap
-loves slow motion sequences
-breaks the fourth wall
-provides gold trophies to improve office morale
-is all about the quick edit and swift dialogue
We are currently booking our crew. Our script consultant is Courtney Wheeler.
WHAT BE THIS "SLEEPWALKERS"?
SLEEPWALKERS
Our story unravels as Kat and Victoria submit to an interrogation. The pilot is the first 23 minutes of the session. Follow the unlikely delinquents as they tell their tales of uncontrollable debauchery.
Perfectionist Victoria Reade (Angela Cohen) was the Manager of Assistants at American Box Office's customer relations division. Feeling pressured by her own boss, she hired awkward temp, Kat Carson (Sarah Natochenny). Neither one knew that they both suffered from very extreme sleepwalking.
They are close now, but back then, these two were not simpatico - until they went to sleep...
The pilot episode will show their first sleepwalking event that put them on their road to jail. We originally intended to produce a 6 webisode season, but after excellent feedback, we've decided to focus on a killer pilot presentation first. In mapping out the rest of the series, we've discovered that this story can go remarkably far. Each episode is another therapy session. Each session - a day closer to finding out what they did to get locked up! HOW YOU MAKE THIS "SLEEPWALKERS?"
We've written the pilot. Anticipate a 23 minute episode. Since we wrote it for ourselves with a clear vision in mind, it's already a shooting script. We will direct it with assistance. Sarah taught herself Final Cut Pro and Pro Tools, so we will take charge of post production as well!
We will shoot on the RED or the Canon 7D. Sexy.
IT IS EXPENSIVE, THE "SLEEPWALKERS?"
We need to pay for most of the equipment. The bare bones list of non-free additions:
Lighting equipment

Person who knows how to use sound equipment
Some locations: likely a nightclub/lounge
Props and set design

The two of us will make no money during the production of our pilot. It is a pure love-child. We want it to look excellent and be even more excellent.

Sarah is an actress and high fashion model, born and raised in New York. She is currently the voice of Ash on the series/movies "Pokemon." She can be seen acting in several indie films and on collegehumor.com. Her modeling work includes many runway shows and a cover of "Ego Moda" magazine, as well as editorial and catalog work.
In her free time, she nerds out by teaching herself the ins and outs of film editing, directing and overall production. Dork.
