The Project

I have written a short film inspired by the film "Coffee and Cigarettes" by one of my favorite directors Jim Jarmusch. His series of vignettes include engaging and quirky conversations over coffee and cigarettes. Taking the topic of the Internet, I've created characters who approach their web experiences from completely different backgrounds. With subtle sarcastic undertones, the awkwardness of their interactions results in an intriguing story. 

Where your money will go

As director of photography on this project I would like the opportunity to work with professional camera equipment. Donations of any amount will make this possible, allowing myself and my fellow Emerson film students essential on-set experience. Donations will also help pay transportation and catering costs, along with many other minor costs that come along with funding a film shoot. Every project prepares us for the film industry and it is imperative that we get the funds to support the project; if we can't raise the money, the project will not be possible.
