Hello Backers!!
Just want to check in and let you know that the madness has died down, we successfully have the Spring/Summer 2013 collection in the final stages of sample production, and we are in progress with our production team on your rewards!! Finally.
We sincerely apologize for the delay, we are very very aware that we anticipated being able to deliver rewards earlier, but we had to hit the ground running with the funds you all contributed for SS13, and it's been a real race to get the collection done in time for buyers to consider it for their stores.
The illustrations, pocket squares and scarves should be finished within a couple of weeks. Mike is sewing them all himself. The tote bags will follow...he is doing those by hand also. Our production team is currently working on all the shirts and denim and they are anticipating completing those by the end of October. Our tailor will start the jackets after next week, when he has finished the Spring collection!
Now for some exciting news...
We will launch the Spring/Summer 13 collection at a fashion show during LA Fashion Week!! The show will be held in the beautiful historic Union Station in Los Angeles, hosted by Melissa Rivers of E!Fashion Police. The show is October 16, and we truly wish you all could be there in person!! It's a very exciting time for us, to be doing a fashion show, and we feel that the SS13 collection couldn't be more awesome for the runway. It's going to make an impression, trust me! :)) Follow along with developments and photos/video from the runway on our Facebook and Tumblr pages.
Our amazing sales representatives from T&A Showroom have an appointment with Nordstrom, a huge department store here in the US, this Friday, and they will present K&S to the men's buyer for the first time. Wish us luck! They've also just opened a new showroom in NYC, so K&S will now be bicoastal...unbelievably cool!
In the meantime, Mike and I have relocated to NYC ourselves, though we are still manufacturing in LA and staying true to the roots of the Krammer & Stoudt brand. However, the city is the hub of serious fashion in the US, and it's an absolute thrill to be competing with the 'big boys' here. We believe that being here will take Krammer & Stoudt to the next level. Look for us at New York Fashion Week next year!! :))
As always, we're eternally grateful for your support, we would not have been able to do a spring/summer collection without you. And thank you so much for your patience with your rewards, we know you deserve them, and we're doing our best to get them to you ASAP!

We dressed Art Alexakis from Everclear in our burgundy velvet 'Davis' Blazer for the music video to his first single, 'Be Careful What You Ask For', from the new Everclear album, 'Invisible Stars'...it premiered yesterday! Watch here...
We signed a sales contract with Los Angeles representatives at the T&A Showroom, solidifying our brand by assuring that we have sales orders to fill and that Krammer & Stoudt will appear in a store near you soon!
Mike was interviewed by the California Apparel News, a feature article that appears TODAY both in print and online...the Apparel News is the foremost trade publication for the fashion industry in the state of California. We are now officially on the radar!
