01:            Dramatic music plays

07:            “Hi, I’m Michael Monks I’m playing the part of McCallister in Crazytown.

:11            I sort of the tone of it, I mean it was pitched to me as that,

:15            it had the element of a movie called Delicatessen

:17            and I don’t know if you know it, but it, it’s sort of extreme in terms of perception,

:22            of people’s perceptions, and same with this.

:24            Their doing some fish-eye lenses and stuff is distorted

:27            because it’s a bit of an altered-state kind of a movie

:31            from the perception of, of ah, Kyla’s character.

:35            So, everything’s a little, sort of bigger, because it’s all from

:41            a mental, her mental point of view, which is off.

:45            So that’s kind of what I liked about it, and I love the way stuff has looked,

:48            just because it’s really, ah, tying into that visually.

:53            In terms of, ah, what she sees and experiences."

:08            I play Kyla's Mother in this and I'm not a nice lady

:10            I play Kyla’s Mother in this

:14            and I’m not a nice lady

:16            and she’s my daughter, who’s kind of an Appalachian,

:18            well not maybe, she’s from Tennessee.

:20            I can’t remember, Missouri, something like that,

:22            she’s kind of like a hick,

:24            kind of a hick girl, like her mom.

:26            Lives in a trailer.

:28            I don’t think her mom thought she was gonna end up like that, she’s not the nicest of ladies

:34            and the daughter, played by Kyla, wants to

:38            be a movie star and wants to go to Hollywood

:40            and umm that’s that’s the title, Crazy Town.

:44            But I’m still uh, enjoying acting and um

:47            it’s fun when you get a nice little

:48            project to work on and uh nice people.

:52            Kyla did a real nice job, doing it so she’s gonna

:55            look for her, she’s an up-and-comer!"
