A production of the original play, My First Love. A new look at Little Red Riding Hood written by a theatre major from UWGB

Original theatre is gaining momentum in Green Bay, WI.

My First Love, written by UWGB alumnus Ryan Penneau, is an original play about relationships told through the tale of Little Red Riding Hood.  The play made its debut at UWGB about 5 years ago.  Venture Theatre is the first community theatre to produce this young man's work.  Because Venture Theatre is still in the process of growing an audience we are not quite self sustaining for each of our productions.  We need financial help to cover a number of costs associated with this production:

  • Additional lighting: the better to see the play
  • Sound improvements: the better to hear the play
  • Costumes, Props & Set pieces: the better to do the play
  • Improvements to the audience: the better to enjoy the play

My First Love will run Fridays and Saturdays from March 9 through March 31.  While your support will directly help this production it will have a lasting effect on all productions to come at Venture Theatre.  Thank you for helping foster the production of original theatre in Green Bay.
