An emailed "thank you," 10 random Amish recipes from the editor's archives and an ebook (PDF file) copy of "Amish Recipes USA" a collection of previously unpublished recipes from Amish and Mennonite kitchens. Pledging at this level also gives you unlimited access from now until the end of 2012 to "Editor's Adventures" a series of online "mini-documentaries" that chronicle my visits to Amish and Mennonite communities across the USA.
