good morning friends,

as i write this i am bubbling with excitement.  i just sent out the final mixes of the record to Jamie Saft who will be mastering it.  it is a tremendous relief to finally be done with this thing and i couldn't be happier with the music.  i also just received the first draft of the album artwork from my brother Toby Driver.  wow!  WOW WOW WOW!!!  i can say with absolute confidence that in this age of downloading everything "Purification/Dissolution" is a cd that will be worth owning.  seriously, it's going to be gorgeous.  also, with the help of my wife anjie cho and my friends keith & lesley i have a new logo for my label, 5049.  stroll over to http://www.jeremiahcymerman.com/5049 to have a look.

so, it is with this feeling of excitement that i share this audio clip with you.  this is a composite of different, small sections of the CD, about 30-60 seconds of each piece.  i hope that you dig what you hear!

i am delighted beyond words to report that as of yesterday, and with still another day ahead of us, we met our goal and the Purification/Dissolution project has been successfully funded! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

your support and encouragement has meant so much to me and i can't wait to get this music to you.  realistically i expect to have CDs in hand by late july/early august and they will ship promptly upon return from the plant.  this entire process has been ridiculously exciting and i am extremely curious to see how releasing a music without a label will play out.  we shall see...

once again i want to send my deepest gratitude out to all of you.  youz guys are the best!
