Heroic Threats is a collection of 110 monsters, levels 1-10, for D&D 4th edition.
Heroic Threats is a collection of monsters for 4th Edition Dungeons and Dragons, to be published under the GSL.
Heroic Threats contains 110 monsters from levels 1 to 10. In each level, you get a monster of each of the standard types, two minions, an elite, a solo, and an additional monster. Each of these monsters has a full stat block, and a tactics section telling you exactly how to get the most use out of your monsters.
At the $1000 level, Heroic Threats will be available as a simple PDF and softcover book containing the monster information. The more money I raise, the more money I will be able to spend on art to bring these monsters to life.
As I raise money, I will do periodic previews of the monster content. Previews of the Mudmen, Human Cultists, Gnomes, and Satyrs have already been posted. At $500, I will post a list of all the Minions in Heroic Threats, and I'll talk about my Minion design process.
The physical book rewards have a later fulfillment date listed, so I can make sure the books are perfect before they ship. Not to worry: all eligible backers will get a PDF copy of Heroic Threats as soon as its ready!
