Blackwater Gulch Status Update
Just wanted to give everyone a status update. We are waiting on 2 more sculpts to get done (which should happen in the next couple of days). Production is underway on what we do have now, the Clancy Gang and Bloodwolf Tribe, and the Hired Guns.
To get your models, what we intend to do is give everyone a virtual gift certificate for the amount you pledged for shop.gamesalute.com. We'll have a special section on there for the Blackwater Gulch Kickstarter orders with each set listed separately plus a printed rulebook. So, you basically just go there and order the starter sets you wanted with your store credit. We figured this was the best way to handle shipping and all of the stretch goal rewards. Everything will get listed when it's ready for sale and we'll notify you by email as soon as it's ready to go.
The Bounty Hunter, Gambler and Norwegian that were stretch goal rewards will be packaged together for retail in the Hired Guns pack, and that will be listed like a separate product. The price of the Hired Guns set will get added to your gift voucher. So, you can add that set to your shopping cart like any other item and get it for free as your reward, or if you'd rather apply that extra credit toward a different gang or printed rulebook you can do that instead.

As above, and in addition you will a have character in the game world named after you, or you can make up the name of your choice. You may also provide their back story and game stats if you wish, and a new figure will be sculpted in your likeness (if possible). This character will exist in the game's history and fiction and will never die, unless you would like him or her to go down in a blaze of glory. This character will be added to the game as a new product at a later date (after these first 2 sets are made), and is not included as part of this Kickstarter project.

As above, however instead of just one character, you have the option to create an entire gang or faction for the game. You can provide the story/idea/theme for the gang and name the members. This gang will be made as a new box set at a later date, figures will be sculpted based on your ideas and the set will be sold online and in fine game stores worldwide, right along with our other products. The only condition being that your gang should fit with the theme for the rest of the game, reflecting a historical, yet fictional WIld West setting. This gang will be added to the game as a new product at a later date (after these first 2 sets are made), and is not included as part of this Kickstarter project.

The shipping on the online store should be pretty accurate. Some folks added extra to their pledge for shipping, so that will get factored in for you if so. And yeah I want to make sure that people don't order buildings if they didn't pledge for them. We still have a little while to work out all the kinks though :)

Obviously your still working on this, but what stops someone outside of the pledgers buying one of these packs, or a level above their actual pledge? This is only an issue of an issue for any pledge levels that were limited (ie ones with buildings). Also will international ship become an issue due to the sites in built shipping charges? Ordering extra models is clearly not an issue, in fact should be encouraged, but this method does seem to an outsider to cause more issues that it solves. Hopefully Game Salute will be able to iron it all out though.

Good question :) We're still working on all of the details, but I was going to suggest that we set up different store items for bundles like "1 gang + 1 building" with a cost of $45 like the pledge, so you buy that and then on that product info page we can have a little menu to select the gang you want, etc. or if you changed your mind and don't want the building anymore, you can apply your $45 toward 2 gang sets instead, or whatever you want to buy. I'll let everyone know for sure once we get that figured out. I don't think we want to list the buildings separately, because we just ordered enough to cover the pledges, so there won't really be any extras.
