Remnants, the low budget independent film with big ambitions, enters Phase 2 of production. Please help us finish this film.
Remnants is a feature length independent production being filmed in Raleigh, North Carolina. Using the latest technology we hope to create a film that looks like a large budget movie with a very modest budget .
We have shot enough footage to cover the first 35 minutes, and create 2 trailers. We are now moving on to Phase 2 of production. We are striving for a quality film, that should connect with people on multiple levels, See it as just entertainment, or dig deeper into the metaphors about our current situation on this planet.
Donations will allow us to bypass the studios and business suites, and allow us to stay true to our vision. Any amount you can contribute will be greatly appreciated.
The story is a unique twist on the overblown "end of the world" films Hollywood has been producing lately. Remnants relies more on character interactions and plot developments to build a compelling story, as opposed to explosions and special effects. However, there are enough action and plot twists to make the film engaging.
