@ David , here's an update(s) that I know of, they are finalizing the images(and color images) for $15 Backers (NPC created Char's) , as well as the voices that will be used for them (some are voiced, some arn't). then again if your one of the $15 backers you probably already know this.

Any chance you'd consider making a new, cheaper tier that includes a poster (or two)? The $500+ tiers come with a whole lot of extra stuff to produce and ship, including physical copies of every episode, physical OSTs, T-Shirts, Artbooks, etc... I'm not sure anybody is going to pledge at those levels though at this stage.

I am one of the five but I asked him and he said the only way to get the whole thing would be to then get the $100 reward tier which I'm not interested in. It frustrates me a but that I am paying more for less but not much I can do.

Not sure if this helps at all, but it looks like the $20 reward has everything that both $10 and $15 have and more: the rest of the soundtrack and access to demos of the other games.
The only thing it doesn't seem to have is creating the NPC, but I think that's exclusive for the five limited $15 backers.

Unless you mean more like you're a $15 backer already, and you want access to all the episodes without losing your NPC spot. In that case you might be able to contact the project group and work something out.

Pity that the poster is only for $500 and higher. I'd probably prefer that poster to the physical OST, but then again I haven't heard the music yet. I can understand it'd cost far more to print and mail a poster than it would a CD though, especially to where I live in Australia.

I'm also very glad you liked the colored piece! This will indeed be one of the posters available for the $500 and 1000$ levels, the $1000 level gets all three, the
$500 gets one of their choice.
Alternatively, they may be available for purchase from our shop some time after release.
I'll be releasing one wallpaper per episode, and those will be what the posters will be, so keep an eye on the site!

My thoughts on that are that they promised too much for too little money, and badly estimated costs. Physical Material is expensive, as you can see with our Kickstarter, the physical material is reserved for high level backers. It also appears at first glance that they did not have their priorities very straight. Also, most of what they SAY was payed for with the money seems a bit incorrect to me, but we were fortunate enough to get a music composer, and two artists, for free, and a voice cast that agreed to royalty payment. So it all comes down to them not estimating well at all, promising too much, and using the money for
things that it shouldn't have been used for. That's what I think about the matter.

My apologies, I believe I mis-read your question.
The episode count is discussed in the FAQ section.
But on the subject of rather the Episodes will be DRM-free, the physical copies will be free to install on any computer with the disc, but we will be incorporating a serial number system, or a similar sort of security measure most likely to protect against piracy.

I really like the sound of this, but can I ask just a few questions? (They might have been answered already but I'm not sure):

1. How many episodes is Anonymous Agony?
The pledge levels make it sound like level $10 will give you "all" of them for free, whilst $15 will give you only the "first three" episodes.
Are there more than three?

2. What is an "Episode?"
Is it like a chapter in the story, where there could be upwards of twelve? Or is it more like books in a trilogy, each with their own story arc? Are they separate games like sequels? Or more like patches/expansion packs to a core game. How long is an episode roughly? 10 minutes of gameplay?

3. Do you have any peeks into premises of future games you plan to do? I really like the sound of the $100 backer level, but have had to opt out just for the moment because of a recent personal financial situation. If you gave Anonymous Agony a quick premise of:

"Boy's sister gets raped by Internet paedophile, so he takes to the chatrooms to get revenge on Internet perverts."

(Might not be quite accurate, but just in general)
Are you able to give any peeks into just the general ideas you have for future games so we can see where you're going with your games after this one? As I said I'm interested in the $100 pledge, but at the same time I don't know if I can afford it right now, and to have a better idea of what it actually is/offers might help to make a more informed decision.

Sort of one more question:
4. Is the art on the main page finalized? When you hired a new artist just now, is that for more art assets, or was the front page art just place-holders? I just ask because the new artist's work seems to be softer curved than that on the front page, and I wasn't sure if it meant an art-shift or not.

Personally I prefer the slightly softer look, some of the current main page characters have quite pointy chins, but that's very much just my personal preferences and all art looks good so far!

This is edgy. It is a story that needs to be told. This is something I can get behind.
