We've got 68 hours to go until our Kickstarter campaign heads to that great independent record store in the sky. 

Two days ago I thought we were deader than disco; our goal of $25,000 didn't seem reachable at all. But since then we've received an overwhelming amount of support. Write-ups, pledges, and interest in general has been coming in from around the globe, and we've been given more in the last 48 hours than in the 48 days that preceded. 

A big thank you is in order to all those who have so graciously given to Cassette. I'm sure we can reach our goal and continue our lovesong to the audio tape, and ultimately travel to Zimbabwe in our efforts to track down cassette culture.

There are several great tape labels that have reached out to us over the last couple months, and their interest has proved to Seth and me that this passion is real; the cassette is still very much alive and will continue to thrive in the years ahead.
