Embarrassment of Riches
Hello all!
Well, I was going to hold off a bit for an update that could include a photo or video or something, but I am just too excited.
We have been experiencing a sort of embarrassment of riches in that our audition notice has gained us about 400 (yes. four hundred.) submissions. And we only have 60 audition slots. It has been difficult narrowing them down and even more difficult scheduling the 60. But I know we are all thrilled for Saturday's audition. We look forward to some varied and amazing talent.
I also want to announce some of our crew: Amanda Novoa is our stage manager, Mike Roche is our technical director, and Landon Johnson signed on today as our sound designer. Our team is shaping up to be awesome.
There are a fewer more exciting things in the works, but I don't want to spoil the surprises yet. Plus, we have auditions coming up, so watch for more on that. Stay tuned.
