This goal is all about the Forge Fathers.
Not only will we add two Forge Father Midgard Delver players to Jack and an additional two players to Striker! but, if we pass this goal, we’ll also be able to create Gorim Ironstone – a Forge Father MVP – and unlock it on the chart!

MVPs are the stars of the show – rare and unique players of galaxy-wide renown! From Goblin Strikers to tentacle-toed aliens (check out the video to see what we mean!), each come with special abilities that can alter the way your team plays. The amazing DreadBall Rulebook contains stats for eight of these great players, including Gorim Ironstone, “Slippery Joe” and “Lucky” Logan!
BUT we won’t just produce Gorim Ironstone – we’ll also include him free with every Forge Father team included in your pledge:
- If your pledge already includes the Midgard Delvers Forge Father team - you’ve pledged Striker! ($150+) or you choose Forge Fathers for your choice of team at Guard ($30+) – you’ll get Gorim Ironstone absolutely free!

Not that I'm begging for more opportunities to spend cash (Relic Knights and Reaper Bones are a big enough of a drain), but I'm just really excited about this game and its design direction. Can't wait to see what may be next!

Striker is definitely the place to be at the moment, in my humble opinion of course. As more people upgrade to there, or add in a third team the existing teams will continue to grow with extra models and MVP's. Guessing we'll eventually see some extra optionals as well, nothing there right now for Strikers to spend more cash on.

@ Bolognesus/Ole/Mark - Mark is correct - Jack pledges will get two players. Striker pledges will get two players in addition to the team they are already getting, as well as getting Gorim Ironstone for free!

@ Bolognesus & Ole Ellehøj; I'm thinking that, actually, this is incorrect. I'm almost certain that it means the 'Jack' reward level will have ONLY 2 Midgard Delvers (as it says nothing about having any other Forge Fathers/Midgard Delvers in the level description).
The 'Striker' reward, however, will have an /additional/ 2 Forge Fathers/Midgard Delvers to the 8 they already have (as it says in the description we get a team of Midgard Delvers), bringing the number of Forge Fathers/Midgard Delvers up to ten, PLUS Gorim Ironstone.
