Badger Balls

Well, we’ve reached 63% and Leigh has created a recipe to celebrate. He ate the entire first batch against our repeated attempts to stop him, claiming they were just like spicy spherical sausages … strange. 

There is still a ways to go and 15 days left to do it so please rally your troops! Also, If you have any favorite BBQ recipes you'd like us to try out, send them over. We'll make 'em and post images of the results.

So, to the Badger Balls ... To prepare these Spicy Habanero Meat Balls Glazed in Honey Badger BBQ Sauce, you'll need:

Directions:

1. Season beef with salt and habanero pepper (use gloves with pepper puree)

2. Mix bread crumbs, egg, olive oil and garlic powder and combine with the meat and parmesan cheese

3. Line a backing sheet with tin foil and brush lightly with olive oil

4. Roll mixture into balls and place on foil

5. Place tray in oven and broil six inches away from element for 5 minutes

6. Turn balls over and broil for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through

7. Combine the Honey Badger sauce and meat balls in a crock pot on low, and allow to simmer for 1 hour prior to serving to guests.

      Oh you evil bastards... How am I supposed to complete step 7? And I quote:
