Guardin' Roots is a story of redemption through Urban Gardening. Proceeds will help transform a vacant lot in South LA.

We are raising funds to cover expenses for producing the stage play "Guardin' Roots" A story of redemption through urban gardening. The play will be used to mobilize communities about the power of urban gardening. In partnership with ("Seeds of Carver") a group in the process of transforming a vacant lot into a urban garden in south Los Angeles. The play will help bring awareness to this site. With the hope of empowering the community, after each performance the audience will be given plantable seeds to begin the transformation.
