I am planning on releasing the second installment of my sci-fi novel series through a pay-for-production publication and I need the funding to process the manuscript through to design and production for publication.  It is based 70 years in the future at the back end of an intergalactic war that the earth claimed victory in, but very little is known about how we "won" against a highly advanced alien species with technology dwarfing that of the earth's.  A new minority has risen from the veteran populations--the Specials-- they are tough, they are marginalized and they are angry.  So when a bomb is planted by Specials onboard a space station, obliterating it and killing all hands onboard, the world looks to a new organization who polices Specials to track down the culprits. Daniel Rooke, the head of Specials Investigations Task Force [SITF] is handed the task of tracking the rogue Specials dead or alive.   But can he track them before the next attack? And what is their motivation?  Only by discovering their motivation can he get ahead of the curve and prevent the next attack from happening.
