Update #19: BAFTA Scotland and DVDs
Dear Kickstarters,
We're incredibly proud to have picked up a Scottish BAFTA last Thursday at the Scottish BAFTA New Talent awards. This is an incredible honour for a first film and we'd like to thank you again for your fantastic support which made this possible.
This week we were nominated for a Golden Butterfly, Amnesty International's award for the most politically important film of the year, hosted at The Hague in The Netherlands. The winning film was "5 Broken Cameras" which is an incredible story about nonviolent resistance in Palestine. As ever, films about the conflict in this region are controversial and stir strong emotions but It was incredible just to be in the same category as this film and I'd urge everyone to take a look.
All of you should now have received a DVD copy of How to Start a Revolution if you have donated in the required gift category. There were a few unreadable or corrupted addresses so if you have not received a copy please let me know with your current address so we can get one out to you as soon as possible. T-Shirts and posters will be arriving soon.
Best wishes,
Ruaridh and Richard

To approach one's twilight years and experience after a lifetime's work the kind of recognition that this photo illustrates must be an immensely rewarding experience.
