Comfort food with a gourmet twist. You'll never look at tailgating the same way again!

I'm Chef P.J. Flynn and I'm on a mission to serve you the comfort foods we all crave!

The food truck biz is booming here in Los Angeles. I believe the elevated comfort foods that I create are a perfect match for the mobile food industry. My plan is to offer these tasty morsels via a street route in L.A. County and to cater your next private event.

What's on the menu?

  • The Mac n' Cheese that I swear gets me more party invites

Every day I'll feature a signature chicken wing. Flavors like:

How To:

Social media is the main marketing tool utilized by food trucks. I will update our Twitter account & Facebook page daily with service locations & times. The Tailgate Gourmet website: tailgategourmetfoodtruckla.com is in the works & will have a calendar of events as well as a contact page for private events. I also plan on attending truck festivals & teaming up with other food trucks to increase sales.
