Update #7: Prints
The prints have been ordered. (yay!) I have a 5X7, an 8X10, and an 11X14 on their way. I also did a 20X20 print of the painting in my first update, which will be available on my website near the end of November, and I already have those.
Update #6: progress
All of the paintings for the prints are now finished (the painting in this update is one of them). I also have 5 8X8 paintings for the backer rewards finished.I have decided that since there is a manageable number of backers getting the 8X8 and 12X12 paintings I am going to do several extras in each of those sizes and let each backer choose which one they want. The first person to back in each level will have first choice, and so on.
I'm also happy to report that production is way ahead of schedule and all backers should have their rewards by the end of the year! Happy Halloween to everyone.
Update #5: Packages are arriving!
I got my new easel and lighting, and wow, what a difference! I bought 40 more canvases as well, and will post more updates as paintings are completed.

I was born in Anchorage, Alaska and studied art at the University of Fairbanks, Alaska. I have been painting since 2005. I have worked with Artists in Cellophane to make miniature paintings to be sold in Art O Mat vending machines across the country. I have also had some of my miniature paintings featured in The Itty Bitty Art Book and Kit, published by Scholastic.
