WHAT IS THE OBLIQUE SECTOR?
The Oblique Sector is a 9 minute comedic short film created by Art Hennessey, Amanda Good Hennessey, Brad Kelly, Mark Kiefer and Jason M. Reulet
WHAT IS THE FILM ABOUT?
Natasha has met a handsome Mr. Right online. But on the second date, the romance takes an unexpected turn. And there's that pesky visitor from another dimension that just can't seem to leave. Awkward!
WHERE ARE WE IN THE PROCESS?
The Oblique Sector has been shot, edited and the post production process has been completed. The film premiered at the prestigious Nantucket Film Festival in June, has played at several other fesivals, and we are now in the process of submitting to film festivals across the country and internationally.
WHAT DO WE NEED THE MONEY FOR?
Film Festivals are an expensive part of the independent filmmaking process. We need to pay for festival entry fees, DVD copies of the film for submission purposes, festival marketing materials and high quality exhibition copies of the film.
SO REALLY, IT'S ALL OR NOTHING?
Yep! We will only receive the funding IF we reach our goal!
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
It will only be charged after our campaign is successfully completed.
HOW LONG IS YOUR FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN?
Our campaign is 30 days.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REWARD?
If our goal is met, you will receive your reward(s) by January 2012. If your reward is to have a small part in our next project, that experience would happen in 2012.

ABOUT OUR TEAM:
BRAD worked for nearly a decade in broadcast TV before leaving to pursue visual storytelling as an independent producer, DP and still photographer.
JASON is a director, actor, and producer who hails from Oregon. Jason co-founded Essayons Theatre Co. in 1997 with Art.
ART is an award-winning writer, actor, director, Twitterer and devoted Twilight Zone fan.
AMANDA is an actress and writer who has performed in films, commercials and on stage. She received her MFA in Acting from the Actors Studio program at the New School and is married to Art.
MARK is a writer and producer who is currently in the process of adapting a memoir into a screenplay.
