-Help pay for some props
-Create a few sets
-Build some needed gear
-Cover special effects (making fake blood is not as cheap as you'd think)
-Help feed the crew whom are doing this project as a labor of love
-Enter the short in some festivals
We have a completed script and accompanying storyboard-type artwork, as well as a majority of the cast signed on. The short film should clock in around the 15-minute mark or so. The title for the film is 'Velvet Rose.'
