Update #30: answers to frequently asked questions!
First, thank you!!
Second, here's how we'll be getting you your stuff:
Anyone who purchased a ticket for the July 29 show, your name will be at the door with a "+" for however many tickets you bought. For example, Johnny Alexander spent 100 bucks on tickets so his name will be at the door like this: "Johnny Alexander, 4 tickets total".
For all of you who bought merchandise, and tickets, and will be at the July 29th show: After you are let in the front door head to the merch table and we will have a bag of stuff with your name on it waiting for you. You can pick it up before or after the show.
To all people who bought out of town tickets, they will be waiting for you at the show.
To all out of town people who bought merch but are not attending a show, we will be contacting you shortly for a mailing address. All stuff will be mailed out at the start of August.
People who bought songs, half of them are done and you'll be contacted once yours is!!

One ticket to our super smash VIP only kick off show at the Wealthy Theatre on JULY 29 in Grand Rapids!! Fans: you can only get a ticket for the show by making the pledge here. There will be no tickets sold at the door. This show will be a super special and secret performance only for our friends who pledge!! We're gonna take a big photo of everyone who comes to the show and make it into a banner for the side of the RV!! It'll be great fun!! Friends who want to make our other Michigan shows, please do the other ticket pledge just below this one: THOSE OF YOU WANTING MULTIPLE TICKETS PLEASE NOTE: Simply increase your bid in increments of 25 dollars for every extra ticket you want. Corey Ruffin, songwriter and ringmaster of SHFB, has a long history with music. From his early days playing saxophone, bassoon and clarinet in high school, to touring with Mommy Won’t Wake Up, to working as the caretaker of a cattle ranch in Minnesota where he collaborated with avante garde jazz giants George Cartwright, Jack Wright and Anthony Cox, Ruffin has always been a provocateur and performer. In 2004, Ruffin returned to his hometown of Grand Rapids, MI where he was invited to become the host of the outrageous Super Happy Funtime Burlesque Show. He put together a rogues gallery of a band known for wild live sets accompanied by sexy dancers, circus tricks, comedy and the macabre. While SHFB has conquered many musical stylings and has a vast repertoire under its belt, the real strength of the ensemble lies in Ruffin’s original tunes. Clever, funny lyrics, engaging horn lines and unpredictable melodies pervade as sustainable pop in this unique sonic experience.
SHFB has had its share of notable collaborations. Director Richard Elfman (brother of composer Danny Elfman) flew to Grand Rapids in 2009 to perform musical numbers from cult classic Forbidden Zone with SHFB at Wealthy Theatre in Grand Rapids. ETO has performed with Just Larry (Ringling Bros. Circus’ head clown), World Famous Brett (Cirque du Soleil), Hustler Magazine cartoonist John Bilette, Greg Ginn, Bobby Conn, Buckwheat Zydeco. They enjoyed sold-out shows at many 400+ capacity venues around the Midwest including The Jackhammer (Chicago), The Ritz (Warren), Wealthy Theatre, The Intersection, The Riviera Theater and The Grand Rapids Festival of the Arts. They were also nominated for and performed at the 2009 WYCE Jammie Awards.
