Shipping Is Beginning!

Hey Backers!

We apologize for not posting an update a couple of days ago but preparing the packages for shipment has taken a little longer than expected. We needed to sort and inspect the units for any damages as well as add the extra straps to all the packages. However, we are now ready to begin shipping!

Just to recap, the first batch of Paradox watch kits arrived this past week. Everything looks great except the screwdriver. Our team is not satisfied with them and we are working on having replacements shipped to us by the end of the week. Steve Jobs has inspired our team to make sure every part of a product is perfect and we are trying to instill this same mentality with all of our designs. Our plan is to start shipping the Paradox kits to domestic backers Monday. Then we will move onto Canadian backers and lastly Worldwide backers. We want to make sure Worldwide backers do not get taxed and receive their package safely.

We will proceed with our original plan of shipping the packages starting Monday via USPS. However if any backers want to wait for the new screwdrivers to come in, please message us and we will postpone your shipment. If you do not message us, we will be mailing your Paradox kit immediately and you may need to use a better small flat head screw driver (similar to the one used on glasses) if the one supplied does not work for you. The problem is the holes in the strap for the screw are slightly smaller than the radius of the screw. This makes it difficult to screw in with the supplied screwdriver. Other than this small incident, everything came out great! The buttons were slightly modified and they provide great feedback to the users.

Please message us to remind our team of any shipping changes, name changes, or anything else that can make our shipping process as smooth and quick as possible. Once again we want to thank all the backers for their support and do not worry this is not the end. We will have more updates coming.

*To Russian backers: do you prefer DHL or USPS? We have had a few backers message us and ask for DHL.

      Still no sign of the cases as of 16 November. Postcards from Ecuador arrived in a week. I think a package from the West Coast would be here in less time. I wonder if all shipments were delayed to await screw drivers?

      On behalf of Russian backers! We prefer to get our Paradoxes ASAP! Does not matter DHL, UPS, USPS! The fastest way is preferable, if it is without additional cost.
