  Wow!! Received my Vavo's today in Ontario, Canada. What surprises me is another item I backed (the MOS) was shipping Dec 21st and I still haven't received it...I received my Vavo in only 10 days!!! Thanks UDS!! I'll give it a try later & post the results.

  Guess what folks??? I finally received my shipment of 30..yes 30 Vavos in the mail a few days ago. This is my report. So far--- WOW...they work extremely well!!!! I'm very pleased with the results. Mind you I've only had them a few days and I've only used one of them. The other 29 were supposed to have been Christmas presents to family and coworkers. Well--that didn't happen!!!! Live and learn when you become a financial backer in projects on Kickstarter. When a company tells you a delivery date, always add at least 1-2 months or more to that if your lucky. Thats just the way it is. Live and learn. I have been a backer of a number of projects and this seems to be the norm. I have been giving the rest of my Vavos away to people this past week and will be giving another update in a few weeks on the results. Please remember to follow the instructions on cleaning your Vavo to keep the "stickyness" pad workiing for best results. As they say in the world---better late then never!!!!

  None of the Vavos have the protective film on this 1st run instead once the pads were installed the Vavo covers were immediately placed over them for protection. The vavo cover actually offers much more protection than the film (afterall once the film is off the covers takes over) so we are actually considering this as the new option for the next batch.   Finally received an e-mail that my 30....yes 30 Vavos have shipped. Finally!!!! However, I'm still kind of concerned since reading what Eric (see below) said about his Vavo. No protective film over sticky pad???? Hope I don't have 30 of those the same way. Stay tuned for my update in a few days.

  I got my vavo today. After trying it few times I noticed that stickiness has gone away. Tried cleaning with water.
  
  When I stick it to glass with iPhone holding, it falls off in 2-4 minutes.
  The sticky pad tore already in one corner. May be it's not glued well to the plastic holder.
  The plastic stand is of average quality. Pulling out the stand ang folding it isn't smooth experience.

  I pledged $100.00 and still no Vavo. How could you possibly give one Vavo to someone and treat someone who ordered 30 of these and still no a word as when they will ship or are shipped. Very poor communication on your part. These were to be Christmas presents. That isn't happening!!!!! I don't care if you come up with another project, I will not be supporting you. Someone who gave a lot gets nothing??????

  Got my Vavo! Sadly it's rather ineffective for the device I actually planned on using it for due to it being too heavy for the Vavo, but it's handy way to keep my phone in an easy to locate spot.

  Had my vavos for a few days now and I must say UDS delivered again. Vavo is very well built, has lots of small details and looks great. I am a heavy commuter/coffee shop addict so i always needed a super portable stand that would not add extra bulk and I change my devices a LOT so it is cool Vavo is universal. My current device is a GNote 2 and Vavo - diminutive as it is - handles it with ease. Vavo is a lot smaller than I thought and works exactly as advertised. I can now watch movies anywhere with my Gn2.
  
  I am impressed that Vavo has so quickly become an integral part of my daily items. I backed for 30 Vavos and have given most out to all my friends and they also Love it so expect more customers when you start selling them! I have backed you for all your products and i definitely look forward to what UDS has next. I enjoy your weekly updates, project management style and your professionalism - please keep it up!   This project is taking forever! We're now into late November but Vavo was supposed to be in our grasps weeks ago; and the project is JUST starting its manufacturing process. Seeing as how regularly this project seems to be having some sort of issue arise every now and then (for example, now the assembly is said to possibly be delayed because of the holiday season), we might not even get our Vavos early December! Worst case scenario: not even early January. First time backing a project on Kickstarter, and so far not impressed guys.
