I just received my Building Kit. One thing I've been looking to find is a parts list. For example, the KS documentation said 4 wheels. I found 2 assembled wheels with tires. Looking around I found what appears to be the parts to assemble another 2 wheels, but no tires to go on them. Most of the feature parts of the Building kit appear to be included but how to tell?

at the moment I have a second Multiplo Robot Building Kit I don't need - a friend did send me this one and it's completely unused and in excellent condition. He ordered it month ago and at the moment he's moving to another city and has no time to spend with this great robot building kit. I already have a Robot Building Kit and don't need a second one at the moment.
He doesn't want any extra money for this one, just the original price + shipping. Would prefer to send it to Europe (that's where I am ;) ) because sending it overseas is expensive and not that easy as it seems. If you are willing to take that higher costs we'll send it anywhere ;)

Mine is finally here...
A quick summary: backed the Robot Building Kit at the 8th of October. It was sent on January 22nd. It arrived at the German customs on the 21st of March and was processed until the 26th. Got the notification yesterday that I have to fetch it at the German customs.
Picked it up some minutes ago: seems the German customs opened it (not only the outer cardbox, the inner box was also opened and re-taped, and resealed it completely). I had to pay importation VAT (19%) and (!) ~4,5% duty rate. A total of ~47 €. That's quite much! :(
The only good thing is, my Multiplo is finally here (after 9 weeks!!!) and it seems the box is not broken. Now I'll check the contents. Is there a complete part list anywhere?

@Acacio: Thanks for your suggestion. Not necessarily we need to find other supplier but we have problems of packaging and handling the shipments. And we didn't know about the " Order Fulfillment " service before. We tried to do everything by ourselves, using a courier service. Then our packages were charged by " dimensional weight " and we added bigger boxes to avoid them to arrive cracked and... well, you know the rest: we ended with a wrong ETA.
Should we have known before, things could have been better. These weeks we talked with three logistic companies that promised to give us flexible rates because of successful Kickstarter. They all seemed to be very serious and we should have gone with them, but it required assembling pallets with products, shipping by sea in shared container and then signing a bond with them in order to import the cargo. This is what stop us from going further, because it will end in several months of delay instead of weeks.
That for sure will be the way to go if we eventually place other Kickstarter project or start to be more aggressive with sales online. Again, thanks for all your support and kind comments.

Regarding the logistics issues, you might consider Flextronics (or Foxxcon) as they can provide a full logistics handling from assembly to final shipping. (Or part of the logistics pipeline, a la carte).
This would offload some of the burden from you and reduce backer frustration, as well.

@ymats2011: we will send each tracking number after we delivered the rewards. We simply lack the human power required to give you a better service. Hope you understand, but logistics and customer services have been a big deal for our small startup.
And for everybody else: I have a more clear perspective now. I can say that all pledge levels except the "building kit" will be cleared this week. This means that we got your package to the post office already and they are helping us to process them. For tracking numbers, as I just answered ymats2011, please give as a breath. Sending rewards is now top priority.
Most of the building kits will be gone by next week but still not sure if we will be able to send them all. Thanks for your help, really, it has been months of hard work ( and learning from mistakes as well ) and your support is greatly appreciated.

In China now... but not with particularly excellent news. We are still way behind the schedule we supposed with deliveries. It seems that as strong as we are on the technical side, we still have a lot to learn about logistics and how to run a company. I will post an update as soon as I have an accurate date of the shipments.
@ Don Meyer: we are also a bit surprised too, but we had to overcome all sort of strange situations. It is so different to deal with many international deliveries that we could not see it coming before. We are sorry about misleading the E.T.A.
@ Mikhail: sorry for not being able to satisfy your anxiety. But there is no slight chance that we don't deliver. You can claim that we are slow, but not that you won't receive your kit.
@Tavares: something is wrong with your delivery and I placed a claim at the Post Office. It was a bit late and the headquarter was closed, but they mentioned that if I go early they should be able to answer immediately: I will do so and keep you posted.
