Hi Friends,

We are Laura Monk & High Cotton, from just outside Atlanta, Ga. After 5 long years we are finally finishing up our second studio album, ‘Laura Monk & High Cotton - So Far’.

We have had a wonderful musical journey and we’ve made many friends along the way.  Perhaps you’ve seen us in Louisville, Ky. or Pensacola, Fla. or somewhere in between - like Wadesboro, N.C.  If you have, we thank you and appreciate your support.  We know you love us and our music because you’ve told us so!


Now we feel it’s time to widen our circle of friends - but to do that we need your help.

You see, despite having a band Google search that exceeds 45 pages, receiving wonderful reviews from everywhere from Brisbaine, Australia to Brussels, Belgium, (and places in between), we’ve found that, 21st century technology notwithstanding, we really need to travel the traditional paths to get our music heard by those in the music biz who can expand our circle of influence - so to do that we need your help.

What we are proposing is raising $3,500.00 in 35 days.  We know that sounds like a lofty goal, so try to look at it a different way:  That’s only 100 people…each one pledging their love and support and $35.00.  Sounds a lot easier now, doesn’t it?  This money will help defray the cost of mixing, mastering, pressing and promoting the new CD. 

We are offering some really cool premium gifts so please peruse the list prior to pledging but do not procrastinate - your April seeds of support are needed in time for our May musical bouquet to blossom!

No gift is too small and we truly appreciate you help.  Thanks a bunch!
