Hey Backers, Just nearing the end here and we can’t be more excited. We wanted to first say thanks again for all of you who are sticking with us. We will not let you down. RoBo 3D is going to be great. Few things we wanted to go over:

1) Because of such amazing backing we are also going to throw in a PCU fan to make for better printing and less filament drag. It will install right next to the hot end. 

2) Parts are already on the way (motor pic below) which will allow us to get started prepping everything we need to in order to build these printers quicker and more efficiently.

3) Please remember to include shipping on your orders. $48 Domestic and $70 international. If you have already pledged, go into manage pledge and add the proper amount according to your location so we can ship out your printer when it is ready!

4) We are going to make this RoBo 3Ders! We are bringing in 3 more builders and preparing much of the time consuming tasks-wiring, rod cutting, extruder building, etc while we wait for things like plastic injected molded parts of encasing and other components. This will save us a lot of time in the end.

5) Get excited! RoBo 3D is going to change the 3D Printing industry for better. We just want to build a successful business while giving the people the opportunity to 3D Print from home without breaking the bank.

We are ready for this journey to continue and we couldn't be more excited.  RoBo 3Ders, we will keep you all well in the loop as this process continues. We will be sending out a survey at the end of the funding to get any information we need to deliver your rewards as well as other small details. 

Also, our new site will be live preceding the campaign so make sure to check it out. The new www.robo3dprinter.com launches this evening! The RoBo 3D printer will be offered on the website (at a $599 basic PLA only model) with lead times proceeding all the Kickstarter backers so tell friends and family!  

As far as filament goes, we are still talking to a few different suppliers so we will get that all squared away and it will be offered on our website soon! You will receive a small starter amount of RoBo Blue filament in PLA for those who backed the PLA only RoBo printer and a starter amount of PLA & ABS for those who backed the upgraded RoBo 3D Model.

      @khalid due to the chinese new year the latest update seems to be that the final parts will be in early April so right now figure about 1 month delay from original shipping time.

      Congrats, Robo3D team!

      I can't wait for that (too far-off) day when my Robo arrives and I can start having some fun with my first 3D printer.

      That said, you know, if you had a dual-extruder upgrade for a couple hundred dollars more, I'd totally go for that. You know, in the name of science. =)

      Awesome that 4 hours before the end you guys are getting components in! Can't wait. Will you be able to track the manufacturing of the molded parts (for example the XX amount needed for March have been made and they will ship them to you before the other XXX are ready), I would imagine this would allow you time to prep the earliest orders, then get in those parts and get those out before you suddenly have a few hundred machines waiting for molded encasements.
