Title:"The Lesbian Dating Game Show (working title)"

Logline: Three "lesbianette" contestants spend an hour on stage answering scripted as well as audience-supplied questions to determine their best dating match from someone in the audience. Audience members participate by asking questions as well as being able to give their name and number to one of the contestants at the end of the show,  and are also encouraged to give their information to other audience members.

 Synopsis:

We start out with an introduction for the audience about what to expect. This should be presented as a stand-up comedy sketch with the MC and Host both involved. Each audience member will get a piece of paper and a pencil (with the name of the show printed on it: "I got mine at the Lesbian Dating Game Show - Boston MA") in order to pass their information along to whichever one of the contestants they’d like to get to know better.

After the introduction the contestants will be brought out and asked to provide a little information about themselves by the Host. A round of questions (a la “The Dating Game”) will be asked of the contestants and a round of questions will be taken from the audience by the roving MC.  Question rounds will be alternated in that way for 3 rounds. Contestants will have the opportunity to study the three rounds of show-sponsored questions but the audience questions will, of course, come as a surprise to everyone.

Between rounds one and two we will choose a member of the audience (perhaps a plant) to get a “dating makeover” courtesy of the Dyke Date Doctor (Host) where constructive criticism will be given for the volunteer’s dating resume and technique. Between rounds two and three, we will provide a showcase for local musicians, stand up comedians, and advertisements for or from our sponsors.
