What is Halo: Team Noble?

It's the year 2524. The Spartan II program was considered a success and the Spartan III program is underway, still in the training phase. A man by the name of Dr. Stephenson has been commissioned by the UNSC to form and train and elite hunter-killer team comprised of six Spartans. This is their story.

Halo: Team Noble tells the story of the formation of Noble Team before the events of the popular video game Halo: Reach. It follows the group of Spartans through their lives with Noble Team and we watch as they are betrayed by role models, lose close friends, and make many sacrifices to be the best Spartans they can, until their untimely death during the Fall of REACH.

Who is behind Halo: Team Noble?

Halo: Team Noble is co-created by Alex May and Zach Markulics and based off of characters from the video game Halo: Reach. Alex and Zach have collaborated on many projects, most notably the upcoming zombie series Lay Them Down to Rest, but this will be their biggest project to date.

What they hope to accomplish with this is to bridge together all the gaps that appeared in the Halo storyline with the creation of Noble Team and immerse people that aren't necessarily Halo fans into the world of Halo in a way they can enjoy. Their ultimate goal is to create the first ever feature-length live action Halo series and to get it incorporated into the official Halo canon.

How is this project funded? What's the funding for?

Making a feature-length project is very expensive. With production costs for set, props, costumes, crew, and equipment. Not to mention, filming permits, location costs, and general legal expense. With all of that, making a legitimate production requires a lot of money. With that being said, we've had to work with small budgets before and are experienced with making a dollar go a long way. Every cent raised for this project will go to the production, so the more we raise, the bigger we can go with it.

Also to put things in perspective, we're asking for less than 1/400th of the budget for the first Transformers movie, yet were aiming for the same level of epicness.

Why a Webseries?

Webseries are things people can enjoy without having to pay monthly for television networks just to watch them. So, we chose to do a Webseries to bring this to as many viewers as possible. Also, after seeing the immense success that Red Vs. Blue had, we decided that a Webseries was the best route for this project.

What's the status of the production?

The production is in the very early stages. We have finished all of the scripts and are now just trying to get the money to begin pre-production where we will begin making the armor and guns as well as building sets and vehicles.
