Hello Everyone,

We are Undergone, a Rock Alternative band based out of San Jose, California...and right now we need your help.

Just about a month ago on what we considered a normal week day, ended up not so normal. Our band trailer was parked in Paul and Evan's driveway and had been there for two years without incident. The night before it was perfect, Paul left for work early and everything was normal but when he came back...the trailer door was down and the latch had been severed. A phone call to us all had us rushing down in panic. We were robbed. In BROAD DAYLIGHT, in front of our own home. Equipment stolen includes: a bass, a guitar, 2 PA speakers and the majority of our merchandise which includes t-shirts, cash box and every single copy of our newest release, "Rock 'n' Roll Ain't Dead." A trip to all the surrounding neighbors and a phone call and report to the San Jose Police Department ended without help. We were at a loss, close to a $2,500 loss.

Needless to say we have been scrambling ever since. A benefit show was quickly booked but again it ended without the help we truly need. As struggling musicians everyone knows the things we hold dearest to our hearts is our equipment and merch. We worked so hard,countless days and paychecks to get the things we need to be successful in this industry and it was all taken from us within an hour. This event has pushed back our plans of touring this summer and has our spirits at an all time low.

So this is where you come in. We are teaming up with this website, KICKSTARTER.COM, to help raise the funds for us to try and replace some of the things taken from us. Merchandise is a necessity on the road, without it a band cannot survive. So our goal is to raise $3,000 in the next few months. I know it may sound like its a lot of money but it will help us get back on our feet. We need your help and the help of everyone you know. All it is is 300 people donating $10 to our fund!

We believe this can happen and for everyone who donates you will not go unnoticed! We will have little prizes to give away for those of you who donate $5 or more! But know this...if we do not raise the full amount money in the allotted time we get nothing and your donations will be back to you. So please help us out and donate! We love playing music, it is a destiny we have all chosen for ourselves and we do not want an event like this to discourage the thing we love so much...performing for you.
