YAY! We did it!!!
Thanks to all of you and your amazing support...The DipStik Bus will get cruising very soon!!! We are so grateful to all of you who backed our project and for spreading the word to everyone you know. Thank you for believing in our idea. We are so excited to begin DipStik's journey.
Updates:
We bought the bus! A 1975 VW Type II Transporter. What a beauty she is! Very little rust, miles and in overall great condition.
We cut the top off and are putting it on hinges this week to allow for more headroom.
We have installed the sink and all plumbing, layed the countertops and bought all the kithen appliances.
Coming soon:
Flooring, shelves/drawers for storage, and the creation of the trailer and firepits! How exciting it is to see it all come together!
