Second Foundation School is a truly unique K-12 democratic "free" school that puts on amazing original youth theater. We have an almost completed script, a willing & eager cast, director, & crew, but no budget for the required support, theater rental, props, costumes, etc. We need money for the basic expenses of producing the show but hope to raise enough to expand our budget. If financially viable, we will provide youth participants with workshops lead by artistic mentors and a video/film component to the project. Students will be involved in all aspects of production including writing, performing, set design & constructions, props, costuming, music, (etc.) as well as decision making. We hope to perform the show  for the public in May, 2012 in Minneapolis, MN. We have a long and wonderful history of putting on amazing youth-created performances annually (please see Starri's bio for more on that) & really hope to continue the tradition this year.
