We are Aubrey Zoli and Matt Hart; our band is called The Local Strangers.  Strangers. We met in August 2010, and since then our folky duo has become a raucous 6-piece band.  We've toured over 6,000 miles, played over 60 shows, and tracked over 1,700 downloads of our first two EPs. It's already been an amazing run, but with your help, we hope to make that the preamble to a much bigger story.

So the time has come to record our first full length album! It will feature current favorites from our live show like "Mr. Blackberry" and "Uptown," as well as some brand new songs written in the past few weeks.  We are very focused on doing this record the RIGHT way and pushing ourselves to grow and develop to make the best album possible.  A very picky search brought us to producer Kevin Alan Matley, who has worked with some of Seattle's finest, including Bryan John Appleby and The Head and the Heart. He has already contributed a great deal to the songs in the short time we've worked together.
