THE LEGEND OF THE CHRISTMAS PICKLE COMES TO LIFE
Even though many people are familiar with the long-time tradition of hanging the Christmas Pickle on their tree, most do not know the story behind why they do it.
So, we the co-creators (Brent and Tony), developed a children's book and song that tells the whole story of Pennie Pickle who starts out as a cucumber and becomes the beloved Christmas Pickle.
This is not just a Christmas story. Pennie Pickle is also the story about a little girl who overcomes ridicule and becomes something great.
It is a kit within a book which allows families to participate in the entire Pennie Pickle journey creating their own Christmas tradition and family memories. The book/kit includes:
- The beloved story of Pennie Pickle
- Activity page to make your own Pennie Pickle ornament
- Pennie, the Christmas Pickle sheet music
- Pennie's famous pickle and cookie recipes
