Hello Friends - I have the wonderful opportunity to direct Shakespeare's HAMLET at ZJU, and with the most perfect cast! The 2 hour version! And we are all so excited to make this happen!

BUT this time I would like to supplement my limited budget so that I can truly bring this Hamlet to life on our stage. We are jumping from a one hour format to a two hour format for this show only, so the project, and needed budget has doubled. This is a big undertaking, possibly our biggest to date. But the cast is amazing, and they are ready to create much theater magic. I would love to do justice to the world's greatest play by not only having great actors, but enhancing our costume, prop and set possibilities also. Hamlet is about royalty, so I am looking to have all that's necessary to bring this story of royalty to life.

It is my most ambitious undertaking ever as a director, and I am very grateful to Zombie Joe for trusting me to mount our first 2 hour project. Please join me in this amazing adventure, in our 20th anniversary summer season, and help us bring to life an unforgettable ZJU HAMLET! We can do this together.
