We are finishing our 4th full length album and need your help to put it out. Welcome to the United States of God-Des & She!
Welcome to the UNITED STATES OF GOD-DES & SHE - where freedom, liberty, fun, and equality reign supreme. We are real people that stand for social and political change and we use music as our weapon. You, our fan, friend and member of the U.S.G.S., have followed us from humble beginnings in Madison, Wisconsin, to the bright lights of Showtime's "The L Word," to topping the charts on MTV LOGO, to our extensive touring across the world.
Our music is fun. Our music has changed those around us. But we aren't done. We are beyond fed up with the inequality and accepted "Hate" in this country and abroad. It is time that our community, the LGBTQ community, stand up for ourselves and NOT allow political inequality.
We have been hard at work over the past year writing our 4th album that expresses our frustration with our society as a whole but also celebrates the joys in our life living OUT - personally and professionally. We realize as we are finishing writing this album that we need one final push from our supporters to get this project to the world.
We tour consistently through out the year to live and eat. Unfortunately that does not cover the cost of putting out an album. That is why we are asking you - our fans, friends, and supporters - to make a pledge and help us reach our goal.
