The menu has been tested. The business has been soft-launched and we have analyzed the startup and operating costs to deliver yummy tasting kabobs to the Austin food trailer market.
Wholly Kabob sells authentic Middle Eastern kabobs for lunch and dinner. I have our menu positioned well to compete with other Austin food trailers and have developed a menu with strong profit margins to sustain and grow my business. My long-term goals are to add one and possibly two more trailers to our fleet.
The biggest capital investment is purchasing a trailer and I need your help! I have identified two locations with space available and terms agreed to, we just need a trailer to get this show on the road.
The menu will feature healthy and wholesome food made from high quality natural, organic and locally grown ingredients (based on availability). Wholly Kabob will sell delicious, nourishing and fresh foods that promote wellness and improve your waist line, all under 400 calories. My trailer will also feature gluten free hummus,vegetarian options, salads and sauces.
