Help fund the first issue of PLGRM, a new quarterly magazine exploring the people and idea behind the New Spiritual Awakening. Your support will fund printing and shipping, paying our writers and artists, and distributing digital bundles containing PDF, ePub, and Kindle editions.
Whether you want to call it the "open source church," "emergence," the "inventive age," "a new kind of Christianity," or just "postmodernism," something is happening. More and more people care less and less about the Church and religion. This is troubling to many religiously faithful, and yet they have a strong desire to offer the Grace and Peace of Christ to others.
Enter PLGRM.
PLGRM will shine a spotlight on the lives and interests of those no longer satisfied with Modern Christianity as they search for a more authentic spiritual expression. PLGRM will be bold and principled, unafraid to take firm stances on dicey issues. PLGRM will explore inter-religious/inter-spiritual ideas and practices, the work and convictions surrounding creation care, and in the pursuit of peace and equality (with particular focus on combating violence, poverty, and oppression).
PLGRM will celebrate a variety of voices – some humorous, some painful, some cutting, some joyful – but will each share an earnestness that this journey towards a new spiritual awakening is vital and must be taken seriously. Ultimately, PLGRM has been created in order to inspire the spiritually dissatisfied to begin crafting new structures of their religious and spiritual existence.
The first issue of PLGRM is already in motion (watch the video for a list of some of the awesome folks who are participating), but we can't launch without your support. Please choose one of the options on the right and guarantee PLGRM's success!
Sponsorship Opportunities
In addition to becoming a subscriber, there are two other options for supporting PLGRM. Initially, PLGRM would like to avoid "advertising bloat", but will offer several sponsorship and underwriting options.
Become a Section Sponsor: Sponsors of PLGRM will have an opportunity to place their logo on the introduction page of each editorial section of PLGRM (Features, Wake Up, Discern, Imagine, Do) as well as be acknowledged in the section's introductory text.
Become an Underwriter: Underwriters of PLGRM will have the opportuity to have a full page advertisement on the back cover of the print magazine, a full page advertisement before the table of contents in the digital edition, and be acknowledged and thanked in the Editor's Letter.
