My name is George Washburne and I am a guitarist, singer, and songwriter from Charlottesville, VA. I'm 19 years old and have been writing, performing, and recording original music since I was in middle school. Last summer I finished a recording project at the Music Resource Center in Charlottesville which featured six tracks of original work (plus one cover song) and put it out on a CD entitled "Songs Written Before Bed." I now feel that I am ready to begin creating a full-length, professionally engineered record. The material I've spent the past year working on is the best I have to offer thus far, and I want to share it with you. The production will feature between 8 to 10 original works with a full band backing me up on every song. I need your help in executing this dream. This project is designed to provide financial assistance in renting prime studio space and hiring great musicians to record.
