About this project
Hello all! My name is Ladd Mitchell and this is my newest musical project, Tiger Tank. I used to play guitar and sing in a band called Park. When Park broke up in May of 2007 I began receiving a great deal of fan mail asking whether or not I was going to continue a musical career by starting or participating in a new project. After 4 years of reading such mail I decided it was finally time to heed everyone's advice and begin playing music again.
Tiger Tank is very reminiscent of Park but has it's own personal edge while staying true to mid-west indie rock scene which I fell in love with while growing up in Springfield, Illinois.
I asked MIles Parkhill (former drummer of Park) to help me out with this project on drums. We are currently demoing songs for a 5 song EP that we will be releasing in a digital format. Being full time parents and managing careers does not leave a lot of time for playing shows to fund such a project so we need your help to make this happen.
We have put together a list of rewards that will hopefully entice you to donate to this worth while cause. Every dollar raised would go completely into funding the project and making it as good as we possibly can.
