I plan to use the opportunity Kickstarter can provide to put out a full color, high quality hard bound book. I have already invested a lot of money and time and just need a few more funds to help get over the hump and move onto publishing.
Contents of the 300+ page book: 130+ powers (most can be taken 4 times), 140+ separate spells, 75+ monsters.
Comprehensive game tools: character sheets, GM screen, initiative and monster cards, companion cards, printable world maps.
As you can see, I already have some great art. The digital pictures shown above are just a small sample of what has been created. Funds received will help buy more great color artwork and pay to keep the web site up and be used for further development. Minimally, I have spent what I am hoping to receive from the Kickstarter Community. I am very invested in the project, both in time and money.

Age Past is turning into a creative and dynamic game. I have play testers thousands of miles apart having fun and giving suggestions to help make this a great RPG. While, every system has strengths and weaknesses, Age Past takes the best rules from all types of existing games, and forges them into a comprehensive system. The game is meant to be dynamic and uses a great new rolling system to help ensure that your character performs the way you envision by employing a method that distributes the results. (Yeah, it is math stuff.)
Each round of action, provides so much more chances to have fun and do great things that other systems don't allow. Also, players use points to build their character exactly the way they like. This type of character creation is known as archetype building, the only limitation to your character build is your own imagination. With over 130 powers there is little to no chance that two characters will be built the same.
Once you pledge, I will instantly send the last in-process PDF version of the game so that you can get a feel for the game by trying it out!
Most of the funds will be going to supply new art. Up till now i have personally funded the art, but it has gotten tough. My own investment shows my commitment to this project and the subsequent books I would like to make. There are 75 monsters in the book and I would love to get art for all of them.

I have found grammatical errors and typos in the Beta PDF. Do you plan on editing Age Past yourself?
The short answer is NO. I plan to send and pay a professional editing service or editor. The reason there are many typos is that over the last few months I have focused on game balance, new content and playability. I plan to go to print with a book professionally done in every way possible.
