Hi everyone!

By now you should have received your copies of Sacred Intersections: Enjoying and enhancing the stories around us.  If you haven't yet received yours, please let me know.

So far, the response to the book has been extremely positive, but I need all the help I can get in getting the word out.  If you like the book, please tell others about it!  Talk it up with your friends and neighbors.  Put up a post on Facebook or Twitter about it.  If you are inclined toward such things, please jump onto Amazon and post a positive review -- on the print version and/or the Kindle version.  You can also post a review on the Apple iBook store.  (It should be up on the Nook store by tomorrow as well.)

And, more than anything else, I want to invite you to put the book into practice.  There would be no better way to get the word out than people experiencing the difference it can make.

And as you do, I would love to hear your stories of your sacred intersections!  There's a place on my website (www.sacredintersections.net) where I will be posting such stories so that others can be encouraged by them.  Please join in!!!

Hi all,

The print copies of Sacred Intersections are scheduled to be shipped to me today or tomorrow, so I should have them within a week or so.  Finally!!!  I can't wait to see them and to get them sent out to those of you who will be receiving them.

In order to get them sent out, I will need address info from most of you.  I will be sending a survey to you shortly for that purpose.  Please respond right away, so I can begin getting everything ready for shipping.

(And if you were in that category that said, "I don't need an incentive, I just want to help you with your project," it's not too late to request a copy.  Just let me know and I'll add you to the recipient list!)

Celebrate with me!  Sacred Intersections is now at the printing house.  They are scheduled for delivery to me the first week of October.  I can't wait to get them out to you!

The final editing and design processes took longer than I expected, but in the end, the book is better for it.  I'm really happy with the final design and all the changes we made along the way.

If you would like a "sneak peak" of the cover design as well as a chance to read the official endorsements and comments from readers, go to www.sacredintersections.net.  

On the website, you will also find a link for a free study/discussion guide for the book.  It provides questions for each chapter that will enliven your own reading of the book and potentially lead you into some great discussions about the content.

Lastly, be on the lookout for an announcement about the Kindle version of the book.  I'm hoping to get that up on Amazon before the print copies are done.

Hi all!  Hope your summer is proving to be very enjoyable!  Just want to give a brief progress report on Sacred Intersections.

I am working with the professional editor on the final draft of the book.  It's going very well.  I expect that we'll be done with that in the next week or two.  In addition, we are working on the final cover and layout designs.  I'm still not certain how long that will take, but I'm hopeful that it will be completed very soon as well.

As soon as the book is ready to go to print, we will also create the various e-book versions, so that we can make it available on Kindle, iBooks, and Nook, even while the printing is being done.  I'll keep you posted on that.  Printing is supposed to take 4-6 weeks, so it looks like at least the end of August before they'll be done.  Again, I'll keep you posted.

And lastly, I'm working on a "Guide for Further Reflection and Discussion" that I'll be making available on the sacredintersections.net website.  Start thinking now about some people you might like to be discussing the book with! :-)

Thanks again for your incredible outpouring of support for this project.  I can't wait to get it into your hands!

Once again, I want to say thanks to all of you for your support of Sacred Intersections.  I am so excited now to finish the project and get the book out to you.  I'll make it as quick as I can and keep you posted along the way.

And now, the final "snippet" -- from Chapter 9, which is entitled, "Reflection."

I am convinced that a life of sacred intersections is a beautiful, fulfilling way of living. I unashamedly invite people into it. I believe it will not only change them, but it will change their world. I have seen it in many, many people’s lives.

It just works.

Which begs a question: Why?
