You get everything below plus you can choose the name of a major location within the book.

You get everything listed below PLUS a name of your choosing (within reason) will be attached with a minor character in the story (currently there are 5 males and 5 females to choose from).

You get EVERYTHING from the previous rewards but instead of a minor character you can chose to have a supporting male characters have the first name of your choice (within reason).
