Do you LOVE word games? Do you relish the feeling of playing that perfectly placed 7-letter word in Scrabble? Or how about finding a 10 letter word in Boggle that stuns your opponents? Word games are great. They make you think, and when you win, you know it was because you played smart, not because of a lucky roll of the dice.
Nice to Meet You
Meet 5 to Close. For anyone who can relate to what I just described above, you will LOVE this new word game. It adds an exciting twist to the traditional word game. Instead of the every-person-for-themselves motto of most word games, 5 to Close adds another dimension. Teamwork.
"The Word Game You Can't Win Single-Handedly"
Teamwork is crucial in this exciting word game. Build words with your partner. The longer the better. But, there is a huge risk and a reward element to this game. Be careful! Unlocked words received no points at the end of each round. Use special cards to double or triple word point values or freeze your opponent's killer word.
Where Are We At Now?
The game is fully developed and has been play tested in numerous settings. It has been tweaked and fine-tuned and is ready for its big debut! Now all we need is the capital to get the game mass-produced. There were some prototype versions of the game created (see the rewards list), but now we need to "go big" and start the printing presses.

The $7000 will be used to print 1000 copies of the game and cover the shipping.
