Venture is a single player pseudo 3D free roam adventure game. This game will have a story, but it won't be forced on the player. The player will be able to complete quests at their own pace. The main focus of this game is to explore, collect resources, trade, fight, and let the player choose what to do.
Planned Features
Quests: Earn rewards after completing quests like new locations or items.
Locations: Explore a huge world full of unique places! Travel through jungles, deserts, towns, and more!
Combat: Fight enemies and collect loot!
Activities: Mining, fishing, treasure hunting, and much more!
Free updates
You only pay once, updates are free. I plan to continue adding content after release!
Platform
I only have a digital PC release planned at the moment. I plan on submitting the game to Steam Greenlight after the game is completed.
Why I need funding
With your funding I will be able to devote my time to game development. The amount i'm asking is based on the my expenses for the duration of the project.

The one main challenge I see would be possible delays. I'm an independent developer, some things may take longer to complete than expected.
I have set the date that I believe would be enough time to complete the game. The date I set should give me enough time to complete the game even if delays come up. I want this game to be successful. I will work very hard to make this game into something worth playing.
