We are using mobile technology with our cartoon drawing talents from God to create bible stories e-books for Children to study Bible.

Degoo is a group of passionate people who want to use their talents from God to spread God’s love to the world, to tell people the stories, with beautiful cartoon images. 
Our mission is to make the messages from God heard, read by more people easily and in a simple, visualized and accessible way. God has assigned us a mission, which is to let more and more people get to know God, understand God's love. With the talents that God had gave us, we like to use the technique and skills we mastered, the technology that are available, especially the web and mobile internet technology, which make more and more people easier to reach and access the information. 
Children are a group of target users that we also pay a lot of attention. We want them to have a more friendly way to learn Bible stories, want them be able to easily to understand God' love. That is why we make the cartoon series, make the characters feel closer to them. And the parents can also read such eBooks through iPad together with their kids.
We plan to come out with totally 100 cartoon e-books with one hundred stories. And it really cost a lot for us to do the drawing, animation, editing and programming, so your support will help us to accomplish this goal and be able to come out with all the work.

Risks and challenges Learn about accountability on Kickstarter

Our risks and challenges are on the timing and quality control.
First, for the cost reason, we only have three full time right now, and others are part time or contractors. So sometimes it may not go that fast and on time as we planned, or some part time people may get stucked with other things on hand.
To manage a team of people to work together, and some people are not in one city, so the project management for quality control is also very challenge.
But even though we are facing such risk and challenge, we are working very hard on it to control everything. Our creative director is very senior in this area, and she is doing her best to control the quality and manage the team to come out with the best quality of work. Our producer is also very senior and experienced in managing the team and projects. We also use project collaborating software for the team to work together, and have regular review and refine. We have already come out with some stories which are already available in iBooks for iPad. So you can tell that we are managing the risk the task all right. With your support, to keep us be more focused, that will help us a lot to move forward smoothly to finish all the 100 stories we plan to finish.

  • Will you also have Android version?

    Yes, we will have IOS, Android, and Windows Surface version. We want our work to be able to accessible by as many people as possible. We just need your support so we can hire the programmers to work with us. Thank you! God bless everyone!
